Password: Thank You!

Sometimes the process to access my own personal information is irritating, especially when I forget the all-important PASSWORD.

It appears to be easy :

Sign in . . . username . . . password . . . . remember me.
It doesn’t work.
Then. Instead of accessing my information, I receive a message, usually in red font:

Can’t remember your password? Lost password?  If you can’t remember your Password, contact . . . we will send you a temporary password.

But.  There’s a permanent password to be remembered and shared with everyone and anyone:  THANK-YOU.
On your feet now—applaud God! Bring a gift of laughter,
sing yourselves into his presence.
Know this: God is God, and God, God.
He made us; we didn’t make him.
We’re his people, his well-tended sheep.
Enter with the password: “Thank you!”
Make yourselves at home, talking praise.
Thank him. Worship him.
For God is sheer beauty,
all-generous in love,
loyal always and ever.
(Psalm 100, The Message)

It’s simple.  The more you and I give thanks to God, the closer you and I will come to God.  So. On your feet.   Applaud God.  Enter with the password:  “Thank you!”
