It’s Vital For Life

MY BELIEF.  MY HEART. —

It’s  easy to miss out on having meaningful relationships.

There’s a million reasons why–overdone, overwhelmed, over-scheduled–etc.

And.  In this perfectionistic world of comparison it’s important to remember:

It’s not about perfection.   It’s not about comparison.   It’s about being present.

So.

If, something doesn’t change, something vital will be missed.

I believe there’s a way.

It’s the shared-table principle.  It’s where relationships form, a place to get know and value one another.

(Note:  I’m aware that I talk about the table all. the. time. )

To come to the table, we choose to give time to one another, which in this era is a HUGE gift.  Because.   To be around the table together means you and I say “no” to many other things in order to be present with one another.   It’s one of the most meaningful gifts we will ever receive as well as give.

Whether, it’s a shared cup of coffee, a dessert, a simple meal, or a million-dollar feast, something amazing happens around the table:  We are face-to-face together, giving space in our life for one another!

It’s KEY to living the best life.

It’s a connection that is rare and needed.  I’ve been surprised at how powerful it’s been in our young RDC community of faith.  We come to the table once a month.  And.  Wow.  Seriously, wow.

And, what’s most important about the shared table:  EVERYONE IS INVITED.  EVERYONE.

It’s the beginning of a conversation that I believe is so important for all of us.  It matters–Kerrie

~Last night.  A party with one another around the table.   Pizza and cake were served.  So grateful for all that came to the table last night.  Perfection.

Let’s connect.
