This is it. I have eight more weeks at our wonderful RED DOOR CHURCH as lead pastor. The greatest gift would be for you and I to be together on campus in November and December once a week—Sunday mornings at 10:30 am—as I finish this amazing season of my life. I will be teaching and in conversation about developing and implementing a total of 8 specific spiritual life practices, one each week, which are key for all ages in all circumstances to live the BEST life.
I mean. You and I. Together. Learning MORE. Can it get better?
I’ve learned we make time and give effort to do what matters most to us. The thing is . . . I want you to know that I want to give you my time and effort . . . to make a life-lasting impact. BECAUSE. You matter so much to me. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to speak to you and teach what I continue to learn.
The November conversation is called THE TABLE—centered on what happened during the centuries-ago-history-making night at THE TABLE. There are four spiritual practices which will be taught from this simple and powerful time at THE TABLE. The four from the table are key to defining life, developing relationships, and determining what matters.
The December conversation is called IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE—which is still my most favorite movie—and is seen best in black and white. I will be teaching four more spiritual life practices from the Christmas story recorded in the Bible and I can’t hardly contain myself over it all. When I step down from my role after the service on Christmas Eve morning I pray we all agree that the eight weeks we invested together will be the catalyst to living the best days of our life.
You mean so much to me, I can’t imagine my story without you. See you Sunday at 10:30 am—and yes you get an extra hour of sleep because you can by setting your clock back one hour—you’re welcome!—Kerrie
