Living In The Hard

It’s easy to forget to live when life is hard. At first making it through the long days of the hard seems reasonable.

The days just get longer when living is exchanged for existing. I give this advice out of my own experience: Intentionally give yourself a time out. Purposefully live well for a moment in each day.

Breathe. Let go of all the burdensome thoughts and stress that bends the soul, even, if, it’s for only a moment in time. Treat yourself to something that has no connection to the hard. Relax. Let go. Breathe easier. Believe it will be okay. Live.

The thing is ….
I’ve never regretted taking a time out from the hard.
I’ve regretted letting the hard take my time I have to live–Kerrie
