But . . .

I could’ve been stuck at a dead-end when I stepped down from my role as lead pastor at Red Door Church.

But . . .

I’m at a new beginning.

I had so much fun @ Studio 365 this morning.  We talked about the God-word:  See, I am doing a new thing!  (ISAIAH 43:19)

It’s been the WORD most on my heart this week.  I know that tablethink and Studio 365 is a new work of God.

So . . . here’s a glimpse of my week . . . as it all started:

This is our first morning in Studio 365 on March 4. ( @ https://www.studio365daily.com/march-4-2018-start/)

Our first podcast began Sunday, March 4.

I kept thinking . . .

this is a blessing.  It’s an opportunity from God. I need to be so grateful that nothing in my life will overshadow this gift.

Because . . . you know . . .

it’s so easy to think as soon as ______________ happens, then I will be grateful.

And . . . have you ever noticed  . . .

there seems to be crowds of people around who’ve received the very thing you hope, wish, and beg to have happen in your own life?

I’m pretty sure . . .  it’s not a fluke ( a word rarely used, meaning an unusual occurrence) . . .

BUT, rather another way to strengthen and enable us to care and love others as ourselves.

Jesus said it’s an important piece of living the best life . . .

‘Love others as well as you love yourself’ (Matthew 22:39, The Message).

I’ve learned this is the best practice to live the best life.

Monday, March 5, our second day.  We focused on trusting God and being trustworthy in our start.  Yep.  Its huge.  (@ https://www.studio365daily.com/march-5-2018-essential-start/)

Our second day was actually crazy.  I kept thinking, “Really, we are actually doing this?”

Yep . . .it’s a huge leap of faith . . . and a lot of learning.  BUT.  It’s so cool!

Tuesday, March 6, our third day.  Whelp.  I shared a story about how Oreos define our marriage. Just listen.   (@ https://www.studio365daily.com/march-6-2018-youre-stuck/)

On the third day, we discussed what it means to be stuck.

It’s been true for us . . . we (Kelly Stearns, Joshua Lindley, and myself) had to take action to start . . . rather than to  just talk about what could be.  I’ve learned taking action is essential to be where God wants us to be.

Wednesday, March 7, our fourth day. We looked at the risk of failure. I brought Joshua some Frosted Flakes, which turns out is one of his favorites. Of course, I had my beloved coffee. (@https://www.studio365daily.com/march-7-2018-risk-failure-2/)

Risk is always hard; however, it’s part of the start.

I’ve learned over and over and over . . . to trust God to stride ahead . . . and prepare the way:  “Be strong. Take courage. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t give them a second thought because God, your God, is striding ahead of you. He’s right there with you. He won’t let you down; he won’t leave you” (Deut. 31:6, The Message).

Thursday, March 8, our fifth day in Studio 365. Joshua brought chocolate covered peanut clusters. Wow . . . I’m enjoying it all. You can listen @https://www.studio365daily.com/march-8-2018-whats-2/

We talked about what’s ours to do.

I’ve learned  doing what God assigns me to do needs to be enjoyed, rather than being viewed as  another task to be crossed off the to-do-list. I’m enjoying this new work of God so much!

Friday, March 9, our sixth day. For National Crab Meat day, Joshua brought Cap’n Crunch. I don’t even know. Listen @https://www.studio365daily.com/march-9-2018-tell-story/.

Seriously fun Friday.

Fun is part of the story.  We tell our story to learn from our start; it’s part of our legacy.

Today, Saturday, March 10, is our seventh day! The week has flown by with a lot of work and a lot of fun. Wouldn’t you know it–Joshua was up to his shenanigans with Pop Tarts! You can listen @ https://www.studio365daily.com/march-10-2018-brand/.

So.  That’s a wrap for this week . . . BUT . . .

Stay tuned for God’s more.  There’s always more.

I pray you, too, are aware God’s new work in your life–Kerrie
